The commands in the Convert-String group include options like CHR to OEM, CHR to UTF, or from Base64, such as HEX ASCII and MIME to TEXT, as well as OEM to CHR. We also have TEXT to MIME, Base64 URL, HEX ASCII, and UTF to CHR. Essentially, these are commands that allow you to change text encoding.
